Product Returns

To return a purchased item, please read through the information on this page.

In the event that you wish to return or request a refund for items ordered, please contact Wongs Warehouse within 30 days of your order being delivered

Wongs warehouse will cover the cost to send replacements for confirmed faulty items. Confirming a product fault may require additional troubleshooting steps where applicable. If a fault cannot be confirmed via troubleshooting, the item may need to be returned to us for testing.

Incompatibility with existing customer hardware does not constitute a fault except when it contradicts the product description, or reasonable expectation of performance based on the product description.

We will not provide a refund or replacement if the product has been misused, mishandled, or incorrectly installed. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all instructions and warnings by the manufacturer are followed.

Change of Mind Returns

We are happy to refund most items if returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date according to the following conditions;

All items must be in good saleable and unused condition.

All items being returned must be in the original packaging (as sold) and must include all of the pieces.

The return postage of the items will be at the customers expense.

May exclude stock that has been supplied as a bulk or special order for the customer.
